Key Accountabilities
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for managing and optimising our digital marketing operations across multiple channels and geographies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our websites, CRM, paid advertising, reporting and marketing technology work effectively together to support business growth.
Working closely with our internal marketing team and external agency partners, you’ll use data and insight to improve digital performance, maximise ROI and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Website
- Maintain functionality of all Sapphire and sub brand websites in all geographies
- Support the Content Manager in ensuring content is up to date and new pages built and set up when needed.
- Work with agency partners for any technical performance issues with the website
- Work with agency partners for any website development projects
- Provide reporting on website performance along with insights and suggestions and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure the website is integrated with other marketing technology platforms including the marketing CRM (Hubspot)
Marketing CRM
- Owns and is responsible for the operation of the marketing CRM platform including always on automation and lead scoring
- Ensures integration with all relevant platforms including the company CRM and other marketing technology as required.
- Works with the Marketing Manager to resolve any technical issues that arise with the marketing CRM
- Supports reporting and integration with dashboard reporting tools such as Smartsheet and PowerBi
Paid Ads
- Oversee the strategy for our paid advertising activities in core markets
- Work with our agency partners to deliver ‘always on’ and targeted campaign adverts
- Manage ad spend for campaigns, monitoring and adapting spend based on ad performance to maximise ROI
- Work with the Content Manager to ensure that messaging used in paid advertising is consistent with wider marketing content
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Work with the Head of Marketing to evaluate, build and deliver the digital marketing strategy
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing
Marketing Lead Attribution
- Support the Head of Marketing in measuring MQLs and attributing the lead source to the right activity
- Utilise marketing mix modelling techniques to measure the impact of activities on sales and other KPIs
Business CRM
- Point of contact for Marketing questions and issues related to the company CRM system and any marketing integrations
Digital Marketing Reporting & Insights
- Ensure effective communication of marketing successes to the marketing team and wider business through meaningful metrics and simple / easy to understand reporting tools which aligns to the wider business goals
- Build and maintain digital reports for the marketing department including dashboards with support from IT where required
- Provide full reporting on digital marketing activities including website, paid ads, lead generation and customer / prospect touchpoints. Main focus on ROI.
- Has deep understanding of reports and what the information is indicating in order to provide recommendations for improvements or when to stop non-value activities.
