What Are Cantilever Balconies?
Projecting platforms connected to the structure
Cantilever balconies extend from the main building structure to create functional outdoor space for residents. They are supported by structural connections back to the frame and typically finished with a perimeter balustrade.
How Glide-On Balconies Work
Prefabricated for efficient installation
Structural brackets are installed onto the building with arms projecting outward from the façade. The balcony Cassette® is then craned into position and fitted onto these arms through preformed openings, allowing for a fast and controlled installation process.
