The Pavillion, Uxbridge Given Sales Appeal With Sapphire Balustrades
This residential installation features an Opal balustrade with stainless steel handrail on the balconies, an Opal balustrade on the stairs and perforated panels to the Juliet balconies. The chosen design combines elements of the Opal and Onyx ranges. The Pavillion is a high rise combination of residential apartments above a bustling shopping mall in Uxbridge. Sapphire delivered solutions for not only the steel framed bolt-on cantilever metal balconies but for the concrete roof terraces surrounding the penthouse apartments, all of which are separated using perforated mesh aluminium privacy screens coated in the same mid grey polyester powder coating.
The Pavilion has framed glass balustrades to the balconies, designed manufactured and installed by Sapphire, to give it an extra touch of class and give apartment residents a clear view over London uninterrupted by vertical infill bars of other systems which feel less open.
Since The Pavillion finished being built, Sapphire has invested much time and resource into balcony innovation resulting in Sapphire leading the market with its factory assembled Glide-On aluminium Cassette balcony system which has proved many times that more than 20 balconies can be installed in a single day, complete and ready for use.
